Terms of Sale
You must be 18 years of age or above to enter into a contract with Choosemychoice. When you place an order with Choosemychoice, you agree to adhere to certain conditions. Your order will be accepted based on availability of products. Choosemychoice cannot be held responsible for delay in delivery due to postal flaws.
On acceptance of the order we will send a confirmation email and make known the identity of the seller with whom you are entering into contract. When placing an order you must undertake that all the information provided to us is true and legitimate. Advertised prices are subject to change.
Contract:
An acknowledge email does not constitute a contract. A contract is formed only when a confirmation email is sent to you bearing the items that have been dispatched.
Pricing:
Although we double check all product descriptions and their pricing, there may be certain anomalies that go unnoticed. In case you order a product which has been wrongly priced, we will inform you of the discrepancy and give you the option of reordering or cancelling the order. If you wish to cancel the order but have already paid for it, your payment will be refunded in full. Delivery costs are additional and will be mentioned in the total cost of the order.
Payment: After you have confirmed your order Choosemychoice will perform a standard authorization check on your banking card to ensure that you have sufficient funds to carry out the transaction. Upon receiving authorization, your card will be debited of the fixed amount.
